Thanks GoDaddy, For Telling Me My Password is Available As A Domain Name!
That’s right. GoDaddy figured out what I never truly realized, that I wanted to use one of my passwords as an actual domain name for all of the World to see!
While logging into GoDaddy, they were friendly enough to tell me that my password was available as an actual domain name, receiving a result page that you usually get when you actually search for an available phrase. I actually took one of those classic double-takes as I saw my password printed on the screen.
What if I was with a friend or anyone else and logged in while he/she was next to me? I don’t care if the info is encrypted, it was sitting right there in front of me.
I wonder if “obnoxious-domain-name-company” is available? At least they didn’t domain squat the name and append my login to it. Thanks GoDaddy!
